HSK Standard Course
HSK Standard Course 5A Workbook, 6A Workbook, 6B Textbook have been published! With HSK test papers as its primary source, the HSK Standard Course series is developed with the joint effort of Beijing Language and Culture University Press and Chinese Testing International (CTI). The whole series is divided into six levels matching the HSK test, with one volume for each of Levels 1-3 and two volumes for each of Levels 4-6. This is a comprehensive course that covers the teaching of 4 language skills. By using a workbook to go with the textbook of each volume, learners are able to reinforce their knowledge and consolidate their skills by doing more exercises. Upon completing this course, learners will be more prepared for the level of the HSK exam they are aiming for.

Gu xiang
Published in 1921, this short novel by Lu Xun depicts the cruel reality of Chinese society within the 30 years before 1921 and is one of the prescribed literary texts for A-Level. The poverty and the psychological struggle among peasants in the depressed economy as well as social stratification are evident in the author's description of the lives of the average people. It is not hard to see their disappointment about the society and their desire to start a new life. The story is illustrated vividly by the well-known artist Wu Guanzhong.
